What we collect

Your email, prize choices, referral relationships, reward progress, draw entries, consent choices and verification dates. Your mobile and four-question survey are optional. Survey answers describe your electrolyte use, goals, usual activity and buying priorities, so CRNT can understand its community and tailor content according to your message preferences. We use a secure device cookie for dashboard access and temporary browser storage to remember a friend’s referral link.

Where it goes

The launch platform stores campaign records in its hosted database. CRNT uses GoHighLevel to manage contact records, store survey answers and audience segments, and deliver requested email and SMS messages. Private dashboard links expire and work once. Public totals and the leaderboard do not display email addresses or phone numbers.

Messages you choose

Entry and access emails are used to run the campaign. A requested verification text confirms your number. Marketing email and SMS choices are optional and separate from your draw entry or mobile bonus. Unsubscribe from marketing emails or reply STOP to marketing texts to opt out.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your details through CRNT support. Retention, service-provider processing, international disclosures and complaint handling are explained in the full policy.
